Input in NeoGeo

So far input works great on snes and nes, NeoGeo does not however recognize my input.
The roms load fine with fba-next or gngeo but no input is recognized, have to hard shutdown to exit as well.

You'll need to manually edit the controls in this file: /opt/retropie/configs/fba/retroarch.cfg
