Hey guys,
I recently finished my Gameboy Null, but can't get any games onto it. I've tried transferring games through wifi with no avail. Since I own a Mac, the strategy I use is to
1. connect the pi and my computer to the same wifi,
2. click finder>Go>Connect to Server, and
3. type "smb://(my pi's IP adress)"
When I hit connect, it says "There was a problem connecting to the server. The server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name of IP address, check your network connection, and then try again.
Any ideas?
Thanks

I somewhere remember that smb will not work. Try SFTP / SSH instead. Use any ssh client for file transfer or at least the terminal to connect to your gameboy to see if ssh connection works.
And by the way: make sure ssh is enabled in the reteopie settings.

I tried connecting through SFTP / SSH with the use of a program called Cyberduck but didn't work. This is the error I get:
And this is what my settings look like:

But... Now I have a new problem. When I try to open games (gba/snes) the loading screen appears before sending me back to the game select screen. What do I do?

GBA needs a bios file to run games, you're better off researching how to setup and run games on Emulationstation since it seems you don't know much about the system to make use of it. YouTube likely had many videos on the topic.
