I have same problem and can't find a solution. But guys from sale thread adviced to make the wires shorter - about 8-9-10 cm.

Not mine, but it fixed the problem of @moese, see here: http://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic. ... 060#p34364
I suppose, my cartridge slot has some bad connections, so now I'm waiting for new slots from HHL and AliExpress.

Hi,
Your wiring is correct when I checked it.

First and obvious question: did it work in the first place with the sd in the RPZ? Because I dont see the data lines twisted (D+ D-) from the AIO board.
Second, check for any shorts? It is quite crowded around the pads and everybody can make a mistake will soldering.

Re: Pi Zero W With cartridge slot
My best guess would be some kind of short on the test pads. Trying cleaning them off or even remove all the solder and just get enough to fix the wires in place. Also try booting the the micro SD in the Pi's slot. If it boots, then there's something wrong with the wiring and/or reader. If it doesn't, you may want to flash a fresh image on the SD and try again.
