320x240 TFT SSD2119 Raspberry Pi LCD

Hello sudomod!
I've recently got this LCD from some old stock:

Based on documentation, it uses SSD2119 driver and interface type: - 8/9/16/18-bit 6800-series/8080-series Parallel Interface
- Serial Peripheral Inerface(SPI)
- 18-/16-bit RGB interface(OE,DOTCLK, HSYNC,VSYNC,DB[17:0])
- VSYNC interface(system interface+VSYNC)
- WSYNC interface(system interface+WSYNC)
Is it possible to connect this LCD to Raspberry Pi, how? I want to use it as primary display (to show desktop,...) and since it has touchscreen also as pointing device.
All suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.
