Almost complete but need help

Hello Everyone,
I put this discussion up in the wrong area so now i think im in the right place
I realy needs some help with my almost built pi3 gameboy running retropie
When i plug my USB teensy 3.2 game controller into the pi 3, retropie will say "two game pads detected", so i push any button as asked and then configure my buttons. So now my teensy game pad is controlling the retropie menu interface as expected with no problems, but as soon as I activate any emulator such as snes, nes or gameboy, non of the buttons on my common ground controller work UNLESS I disconnect teensy controller from the pi3 usb and then re connect. But now another problem.. whenever i play a game and press left for the first time, the left turns automatic and stay's pressed!
so basicaly,
1. Game pad has to be disconnected and re-connected to work in any emulator (not retropie menu)
2. Once left is pressed, it will stay pressed
I have also noticed the message: 100%: Teensyduino Keyboard/Mouse/Joystick (5824/1154) not configured. This is when a game rom is loading and when i take the usb teensy contoller out to re connect again just to make the pad work.
My apologies for double posting,
Mani
