i actually want to get one, and mod it to house excess gameboy parts i have laying around. so that it accepts gameboy cartridges, like a traditional nes. insert the cart, press down, and power on.

Too small for NES cartridge... don't forget it's à mini NES

@sidsilver no, no i meant use it for gameboy cartridges! turn it into a gameboy tv console.

That is a neat idea.

@chiz is right about it being an expensive shell, but boy am I still interested in it. It's just soooo purty.

@AbeEstrada why not buy an USB version then.... to harvest the buttons:

there are loads on ebay, alie-express, banggood etc :) for just a couple of bucks (around 7 dollars)
