I would very much like to have my bluetooth headphones hooked up to the Gameboy Zero I'm about to build.
Does anyone know if that will work with a bt dongle hooked up to one of the usb ports on the rpi? Or will it be difficult to achieve in the rpi/linux/retropie environment?

Re: Bluetooth Audio
That should be pretty easy. You would have to specify the BT "Soundcard" as the main one in alsamixer and/or retropie, though.

Re: Bluetooth Audio
Ok! So, in order to change between speaker and bt headphones, it sounds to me like I will probably have to do some configuration that is not available through the menus in retropie? So although fully doable, it will probably be too much mess for just a short gaming session with headphones on the way home from work for example
Or would it be possible to control this in a smoother way?
Sorry for all the newbie questions. Not yet familiar with linux/retropie...

Re: Bluetooth Audio
Maybe this is worth trying:

After that perhaps it shows up as a device in the retropie setup that you can select, in the audio settings section.
