hi i just ordered this screen http://www.ebay.com/itm/161992906886 .
have any one else ordered the same screen and how is it for the pi zero? i just need it to work i dont care if it look HD or any thing

Its very possible for two people to purchase from the same vendor and get different screens, happens all the time with the couple of Amazon sellers that are listed on the wiki. That's what the screen section of the wiki is for. You'll know which model you got, when you get it & open it.

I looked at the wiki and mine doesn't look like any of the BW screens. I got mine off Amazon.

that does look like an unlisted variant, it does look quite similar in layout to variant 2 (aka 4) but you might have to get your volt meter out to find a 5V line. (there might be a guide for determining the location to mod for an unlisted variant...)

if you do manage to 5v mod it, then I think it will need to be added to the wiki (unless someone has done it already and not added it )

Looks like I'm gonna have to wait a few days. Gotta find my voltage meter.
