Teensy lc 5v

Hi
I've decided to build a gameboy zero. I've ordered a teensy lc as recommended however, I've read that it is only 3.3v. In the guide it appears to hook up to 5v? Maybe I missed something or misunderstood something?

Thanks for you reply. So I would assume from that, that it is ok to put 5v through it? Sorry I'm quite new to this.

The Teensy LC is a 3.3 Volt processor. You are able to feed it 3.7 to 5.5 Volt. The Teensy will regulate the power down to 3.3 Volt that the Teensy uses.

Thanks for your help
I want to use this usb hub which is externally powered with a 5v 2 amp power supply. Will it work if I wire directly to the power boost which is only 1 amp?
