3rd Minty, Ouija Tin, clear 3d parts

Post by rodocop » Thu Nov 09, 2017 7:24 am

So this is my third minty pi, this is the first one using Helders newest parts. Its the same as everyone else, so no progress pics, just completed. I have not added the function button yet, since I am not sure where I want to add it...Or I may just use one of the existing buttons for that. not sure...Any recommendations?

Nice one !

Yeah, the switch and power holes needs some improvements... did you try to cut with a cutting disc and then sand ? This will prevent the embossing while pressing with the drill... just a thought

I used a small drill bit, then expanded them with small round files (which involved pressing them through), and then on to some flat files. My main problem it taking my time, I rushed it. I also did not buy the new guide, so I had to eyeball the power hole.
