Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
Was there a consensus on which switches to get for L and R? I saw that wermy may have some available later, but I was hoping to order everything all at once to save on shipping. I don't mind buying the switches from eBay/etc, but I wasn't sure which ones to get.

Don't contact me about obtaining my board files (as you will not get them). If my Boards or PCB Kits are sold out, they will be restocked as soon as I can get them and there is demand for them. You can join the mailing list on my Website to be notified when they are available.

Thanks! I missed that in the sea of replies. Thankfully I already have some 6x6x5 tact switches from Adafruit that I picked up in the past, so that's one less thing to order!

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
So Select + L/R controls the volume, then how do you save/load a game?
Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
Finally think ive got most of the parts together, but one thing. How are the 3d parts secured in to the tin? I originally thought hot glue but that cant be strong enough, can it? If its epoxy adhesive, what type do we need?
Thanks again
Thanks again

It's very easy to change the config to edit the hot keys. Not sure what wermy has set saving to. If it was me I would set select + l and r to save and select + up and down for volume.Mikethesith200 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2017 2:39 amSo Select + L/R controls the volume, then how do you save/load a game?

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
Not sure exactly what you're asking. If you buy the Adafruit battery it will come with the JST connector installed on the end of the battery cable.
If you're asking if you have to use the JST connector on the Powerboost or the micro lipo you could cut the JST connector off the battery cable and solder it to the PB or the micro lipo.

Right. Exactly. I have another thing that needs a JST connector, and I would prefer to avoid buying (and waiting for) a new one to come in the mail when I have one sitting around.dryja123 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2017 5:02 pmNot sure exactly what you're asking. But I guess I could just wire up this other battery directly. I don't NEED a quick disconnect. But I think it would be more useful in an instance where the battery is more accessable. Not so easy to access and swap quickly in the Minty Pi.
