Now that you guys have settled on the final design, can you please share/update this original post thread with a final bill of materials? Which will be offered for sale? What should we buy? which 2.4" screen to buy?

What about printing them? They should turn out well in Shapeways' Strong & Flexible, which gives you the choice of white, black, red, green, blue, yellow, pink, purple and orange. They'd have a slight texture and wouldn't have the ABXY markings printed on, but it would open up some interesting colour options.

One question: will you be able to offer a bundle with all the parts you showed today? Screen+ribbon cable+custom pcb+adafruit micro+dslite buttons+all 3d printed parts?
I'm can't find a cheap source for that tiny micro charger in europe

Is the little one able to charge and power the pi/screen at the same time like the Powerboost C? Can't really tell from the description:

Also I would like to thank you for the custom script you put together to make it even easier for everybody to set it up correct and also for the volume adjustments hotkey function - that's really cool.
