Super excited to buy the kit! Great job to both Wermy and Helder. I've been itching to tackle this project since I saw the first mintyPi, thanks for all your hard work

you can check shipping when you add something to the cart. Then you go to cart and in the middle of the page you enter country and zip code and the website estimates the costs

Thx Wermy, I just saw the brief video update on youtube/db etc. Feeling pumped! It's getting close now
This will be my first Pi project, thx for making it so newbie friendly

Holy guacamole! This is happening!
Quick question though, will you be able to use the micro USB as an OTG port?

Hey Wermy, quick question. Your video says powering the whole thing on battery without the powerboast is fine. Is that with a normal raspeberry pi zero, or with one with a gpu overclock?

He never mentions overclocking, and since it would be very difficult to cool the pi since its inside a metal tin and covered by plastic, overclocking probably wouldn't we conducive to the project. Good question though.

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
I have been playing with some overclocking on my tiny pi project and it works fine running from the li-po battery voltage. The processor runs at 3.3/1.8v internally anyway, so wont be impacted
Get a small cheep LCD in your project https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=2312
Wrap it all round a battery https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2292
Or use a custom PCB to make it really small https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2512
or make it really really really really tiny!! https://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2919

I'm under the impression this is going to be using the only available usb for the audio. Saves a lot of space and it is a very bare bones build

Hi @wermy.....
great to see the progress and it seem like the finish line is in sight....
just a couple of things about the recent youtube update video (these may have already been raised)
i'm aware that you are in the process of making a tuturial video soon (and these will obviously be in there)
but can we get a heads up on the power switch and the size of the tactile buttons used, as most will be ordering from china and really small packets are notoriously always a long wait....
also helder released a few prototype button boards for sale (which were snapped up quickly), but the recent updates show the buttons have been moved in a little, how will that impact the guys that were lucky enough to snag a prototype board in terms of 3d printed parts (i'm assuming they'll be different to the updated version)
