But the start/select tactile switches are not on the prototypes that helder was briefly selling: http://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=3113

I received my prototype a couple days ago, so I guess I'll have to get the tactile pushbuttons for those, correct?

Also, Wermy - are the L/R tactile pushbuttons from a DS Lite compatible with this project? I don't know the dimensions for those but I did order a couple.
I doubt they are the right size but it's possible they will work... I'd need to know the dimensions before saying for sure though.
I've just noticed on one site (dx.com) they're shown to be 0.2" x 0x2" x 0.2" which is a little smaller than required.

Hmm, it says it's about 5mm deep. The ones I used are 5mm tall as well, including the button, so if they are saying it's 5mm including the button, then it may work. Again though, I'd need one in-hand to say for sure. :)

Hey wermy,
Did you post a link for the power pcb you mentioned using instead of adafruits?

Has anyone tracked down an eBay listing for rear tac switches that'll work for l and r buttons. Also is there a technical reason why we don't cut out around the hdmi port so we can plug the minty pi into a tv and pair a controller?

Also wermy how comfortable is the minty pi to hold? Is it something that you could play for an extended period of time? I'm super stoaked to build one!

These would probably work?

Take a look at the original post. Wermy updated it with it as well: https://www.adafruit.com/product/1904

I can agree with that, they are sooooo tiny, I got some with a set of DS lite buttons I ordered. I was surprised to see how tiny they are.
