Can I make a mintypi even though I can’t find PCB

So I have all the parts for a mintypi version 2 except for the PCB. I’m pretty new to making electronics like this. If the version 2 isn’t released by Helder, am I SOL? I mean I e spent the money on everything so far it would suck to have to start all over. Do I have any options to finish my build?

There are lots of posts here about people that made a DIY mintypi. Takes a little more effort and creativity but yes, it can be done. I bought 2 V3 kits and have most of the parts I need to make a couple V2. I'm actually using the V2 as an excuse to teach myself 3D modeling, improve my programing, and learn a little more about circuits.
