Sound Alternative

Post by AWildTyphlosion » Mon Jul 31, 2017 6:40 am

So, long story short I'm deaf. Like completely. So instead of adding the sound module, I've decided to go forth and add internal storage for my roms, using a Kingston Micro SD-Card Reader (Link below), and a 128 GB Micro SD-Card. I took some measurements and this reader is just slim enough to fit inside the case. I was wondering if anyone else had/implemented this idea? :D

Also, while my minti pi show off isn't out yet, I do plan on creating a guide to help people do linux mounts so that way the internal storage is seamless with the operating system, if they want to go this route instead of having sound.

I haven't thought about it but a guide would be nice.

Don't contact me about obtaining my board files (as you will not get them). If my Boards or PCB Kits are sold out, they will be restocked as soon as I can get them and there is demand for them. You can join the mailing list on my Website to be notified when they are available.
