Hi guys,
I'm very much a novice at building anything (did some electronics at school) but saw this build and had to have a go. Anyway, long story short I have managed to snap the raspberry pic away from the pcb. It mostly looks fine but there are a few broken connections and broken pins (see pics).
If the board is salvageable it would be great to know what the best thing to do is. If it is completely broke would it be possible to order a new board by itself?
Thanks in advance, Dan

I can't offer you any advice if we don't see pictures and how the hell did you rip the pi off the board? you mush have put some considerable force to pry it apart.

Re: Broken pins on pcb
Sorry I think I've got the pics on now.
So I started soldering and messed it up a bit so I decided to take the board off and start over, made a bad decision to loosen the solder and put to much pressure on the board - as I said a novice!

Oof. Sorry, that sucks. Thankfully you should be able to use the test pads that correspond with the pads you ripped off to solder them directly to the GPIO pinholes on the pi. Just use some very thin wire.
