white lines on right of screen

Just soldered the pi to helders board and plugged it in to test the screen and everything. Everything seems to work great except there are white lines on the right half of the screen. The black part on the left hand side is from the screen protecter. Does anybody have any ideas what could be causing this?

Any display issue is almost always because of bad connections. Can you make sure the ribbon is aligned and that all your connections are solid? You may have to reflow points even if they seem good.

What pcb and screen version are you using? Definitely need to see some pictures of your soldering and the back of the LCD board.

No, that must've been someone else. I thought I posted pictures in the first post but I guess they didnt go through. Here are some.

I have the latest version of the screen and the button pcb.

Yea LCD looks like it's trashed but could have been shipping that damaged it not from me but from China to me. Send it back to me and I'll swap it out for a new LCD, I'll need the LCD and LCD Board in order to swap it out.

I'm having the same problem. It wasn't my solder job because I got the screen pre-soldered on the board. Any ideas on how to fix?
