Pads keep falling off :(

I got my order of speakers for the mintypi. I got 4 as a just in case, but it seems that no matter what I do, the pads on the speaker will be torn off literally with any movement from the wires I connect. Does anyone know how I can prevent this from happening? Now I'm stuck waiting another few weeks and I don't want this happening again.

What temp are you soldering at and are you pulling on the wires once attached?

Soldering at 300C and the pads will literally fall off with any force, like when I’m bending the wires to fit the board on top. It’s driving me nuts.

I meant the pads on the speaker, not the board. The board's doing just fine, actually, for me.

Woops missed that entirely, anytime pads fall off it's from the sound card so automatically assumed that.
