White bar at top of screen

Question for the group. I didnt see it anywhere else so if it has already been addressed I appologize. I've been having to consistently reopen up my minty pi for various issues of which I have finally gotten all fixed only to have a new one when putting it back together. There is a white bar (semi transparent stuck at the top of the screen. It is active in all menus and in game. Is it a setting that got messed up or did I possibly damage the screen? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Without a picture we don't know but from you opening it up numerous times and it just now popped up you likely damaged the screen. If it's minor you can probably live with it and not have any other problems but if it bothers you so much I can sell you a replacement screen. Show us pictures first.
