Hey! I just finished soldering the pi to the pcb and just tried running everything. Everything loads in fine, but then sometimes instead of the menu it takes me to a screen that looks like this. Button presses on here are a bit glitches but are still responsive, while on any actual screen it’s unresponsive. Any help? Thanks!

Everything was tested with multimeter and has continuity

Looks like bad soldering, you likely used flux and it's causing shorts between the pi and controller pcb. If you did not use flux it's also the soldering as random button presses occur from buttons being shorted to something else.
