Buttons don't register unless pressed hard on Mintypi Lite

What would be a good way to remedy this, since even menu navigation is frustrating because it requires some force to press the dpad and buttons? The buttons will also sometimes get stuck and sink in.

Speaker likely is bulging from the added solder on there making the pcb not sit flush on the 3D face plate making the button contacts farther away and therefore having to press harder on them. Go look at my youtube channel I explain how to properly solder the speaker and go over keeping the solder low for this reasons.
