With the V3 screen not being available, I was wondering how I could use a screen from the v3.5 or Lite instead? I'm a noob when it comes to this kind of thing and I'm wondering how I could get another screen working on my V3?

No, it is not possible. The v3 stopped production because the screen was not being produced anymore so Helder had to switch to a new one.

So what if I used a screenboard from the Lite or V3.5 on the V3? Obviously the resolution would have to be changed and maybe some other tweaks so it would work but I'm sure there's a way to get that to work as an alternative. I would just then use a screen bezel from the Lite or V3.5.

You would need to add the driver for the panel as well.
