mintyPi v3.5 - Can't unzip Software Image?

Hi all--I can't seem to get a functioning version of the software image for v3.5. I have downloaded the .zip file on the MediaFire page and it unzips to a ~15gig file titled "disk.img". I even tried putting that through the etcher (just to see if it would work) and it told me I did not have the permissions to access that image. For reference, I have tried this on Mac Big Sur and Windows 10 and run into the same issue. Is there something else I should be looking for/doing? Thanks in advance!

I think I figured it out! Had some odd permissions issues that were a little more buried than usual on my computer. Sorry to create a stir!
