Couple noob questions this is my first build and haven't seen any answers already out on the forum. I have 2 pin tactile buttons for L and R.
Does it matter which pin I wire to the L and R pads and ground?
And would I still be able to use a common ground by running 1 wire from ground pin to ground pin and another wire from 1 ground pin to the the ground pad on the PCB?
Thanks in advance!

Nope does not matter one bit and I use 2 pin as well and it works great.
