MultiMeter Help
I tested the connections, but nothing was showing up. What gives? I set the thing to 1000 DCV, should it have been anything else? Any help is greatly appreciated. (And don't tell me it was because of poor solder connections, I tested the VCC and GND pins on the PCB and nothing showed up either.

You need to set the meter to continuity. 180 degrees from where you got it set. You will here the meter beep when you put the test leads together.

I also can't get a reading with my multimeter with UP and RIGHT, as you can see from the pictures, I misaligned the pi and pcb by just a touch. Everything else works, though. No matter how many times I reflow those two, I can't get it to work.

That one may not beep. There's usually a symbol for beep when it does it (like a sideways wifi symbol) and not all multimeters do it. Testing continuity between vcc and gnd should show nothing. If it showed a connection you'd have short circuit between your +3/5v rail and 0v. You definitely don't want that. When it's powered on you should see a reading of around 3.7 or 5v depending on if you're using a powerboost or just a micro lipo.
Also if you try to measure 3-5v on a range of 1000 VDC then it may not even register. Turn it down to 100 or 10 when measuring minty pi voltages (or diode for continuity)

If the 2 directions aren't working just wire the test pad to the GPIO it's supposed to connect to, it's that easy.
