I've been having issues with this 2.2" screen. For some reason, it flickers like I'm in an earthquake

I thought it was my wires or possibly my soldering, so first I resoldered all my connections. The issue persisted so I undid them again and swapped in a new ribbon cable, but I'm still having the same problem. Dead screen? Is there some easy way to check and see if there may be a loose connection somewhere other than the ones I made?

Re: Issues with screen flickering (not LED)
in wich way you provided the screen power ? , how did you connect the screen in general ? if you be a little bit clearer we can try to figure out what's gone wrong.

Re: Issues with screen flickering (not LED)
Currently I'm powering it via USB while I get the screen working. It is connected to the GPIOs directly via an 80 pin ribbon cable I split down to strands of 9 for the screen. I'm making a "frankenstein" mintyPi as the button and screen PCBs are unavailable.
Just decreased the speed from 80000000 to 60000000 which seemed to totally fix it. I did notice that with my other working screen, it seems to start doing this as it gets warmer either from the battery or from just ambient heat from my hands. Looks like I'll have to keep tweaking that setting until I got it locked in. Thanks a TON @VeteranGamer!have a look at this.....i had a similar issue...
