help regarding micro usb hole and switch hole

Hi. I am having some problems making the holes for my mintypi. I am able to make th button holes but not the switch and micro usb ones. I have a drill with my thinnest drill bit being 1.5mm. How should i make the holes and i donot have a lot of money to spend. I am not able to do it with files.
