gba_bios.bin file won't work

So ive had a mintyPi for quite a whie now and i finally got a gba game and i did some resarch and it seems like i need a gba bios or something and i got one but when i boot iht up my screen just turns white and stays like dat! Hallp!

so you have moved the GBA_bios.bin file to the proper location? and now the screen shows white? Did you attempt to do anything else recently, since a bios file should not cause a white screen.

When you say boot up, do you mean start a game of do you mean actually turn the minty on. Curious if opening the game causes the white screen, or the minty just has a white screen when turned on. If the specific games does it, maybe try a new rom, or download a new BIOS. also try switching the emulator.

i meant when i start the game and it is in the home/pi/retropi/bios foldr i t'was plahying a mega man game and the game is for the gba i checked
