I really liked this project and I'm really looking forward to build one mintyPi, but...
I live in Brazil, and getting parts to this build is not so easy.
I'm going to be posting here my progress in getting parts and asking questions about similar parts and where to get them.

Parts:

Altoids tin [Found them! Kinda expensive, but easy to find]]

Raspberry Pi Zero W [That's also pretty easy to find. Pretty common around the world]

MicroSD Card [Already have a bunch! LOL]

Screen [Found one in AliExpress with the help of user Helga. Thanks! ]

USB sound card [Also going to need to import, need confirmation...]
https://pt.aliexpress.com/item/5V-USB-P ... 29078.html

Speaker [Think this one it's going to be pretty easy, so skipping for now.]

Battery charger [Also think I found it in Brazil, needing corfimation]

Battery [Think I found those here in brazil with close dimensions, need to check, also accepting links to AliExpress kind of products...]
Dimensions: 6 x 3,5 x 0,5

DS Lite buttons [Pretty easy to find here]

The PCB [Really have no idea how I'm going to get these here in Brazil]

Power Switch [Also already have these]

Tactile switches [Think its pretty easy to find]

Links to things I'm already sure:

I have blank pcbs coming in next week, so you can get a set then. You need this LCD:

Everything else looks good.

Oh nice!
Do you ship to South America?
And even the battery is nice?

I have shipped to Brazil before but with the crap going on there with the post office things sometimes take a long time to arrive and people get mad at me about it like i have anything I can do.

Are the blank pcbs the V3 or V2. I 3D printed the parts and just bought a bunch of membranes and DS Lite buttons which seem to be changed to new buttons in the v3.

V3 isn't even released so why would I have blanks to sell without any documentation on any of it? It's a v2 which is what is available in terms of the 3D parts and documentation of how to build one.

What parts will I need to add to the PCB in order for it to work since it is a blank PCB? (Are the electronics for the battery monitor already soldered or is it completly bare?)
