Hi.

I am trying to made a GBZ, and people recomend Minty pi.

I have a question:
Is posible to Transfer ROMs with a linux computer?
I know there are two options:
-Through Wifi
-With a USB and the Explorer (midnigth comander) of retropie.

I dont have wifi, then I use a USB, but It is too slow...(1MB/sg), I tried to use my Linux computer, I insert Retropie SD in computer but I dont have permisions to copy in ROMs directory.

There is any way to use my Linux computer to transfer ROMs to Retropie SD?

Thank you very much.

Try setting up the root password like it's shown here on the retropie:

https://github.com/RetroPie/RetroPie-Se ... ot-anymore

then when it's on your Linux computer be sure you are using the root user and you should be able to transfer files over. Some other linux guru can likely help here.

Try following the instructions here (ignore the VM parts, just do steps 3-6): https://www.jeffgeerling.com/blogs/jeff ... is-ext4-sd
