No silicone pad on D-Pad

Hey Guys,

I just got one of Wermy's new batch of buttons when I noticed that there is no silicone pad on one side of my D-Pad. Is this a common problem and should I ask for a replacement?

Also, I tried gluing an old silicone pad in its place, but it felt very wrong.
