My mintypi will randomly turn off or press random buttons what should I do?

The up arrow on d-pad is the most consistent. But others press as well

Bad GND or 3.3.V joint, quite often it's the GND joint. I suggest you redo the GND points and there are a few so do a few of them, look below for them.
