yes i don't have 3d printer, and would be cheaper way than to buy 3d printed parts localy. maybe anyone could make pdf 2d model from that in first post ?

Where are you from? You can print the bracket and well guides for like 2,5€ shipping included on 3Dhubs, that's what I did

I think SLA is always expensive, can you select FDM instead?

SLA its an expensive material,its top quality print, dont need to be done in SLA. You want to select FDM and choose PLA. Dont trust the initial quotes, they are generated by the site, it only gives you an aproximated value of the real price.
you have a lot of people there, you just have to choose the one with the better print quality with the better prices. I'm from Portugal, I found one guy that printed me 2 Brackets + 2 Button whells + shipping for 6€
