Any recommendations on a screw to buy for the PSP analog stick? I got my bracket in today, and it is just beautiful :)

Thanks!
Honestly the screw I used was from my bin of loose screws. Just make sure the one you use is short enough. You can cut it to size if need be.

That looks so good! Ugh, my wife will kill me if I buy more DMG cases

I have printed 4 of the brackets and I am having a heck of a time removing the support material. I am using a Prusa i3 MK3. Slic3r PE with your settings. How clean does the bottom need to be? I havent got my screens yet and am waiting for the circuit sword to get shipped, but want to be ready in advanced.

Hooly is the master but I've been printing brackets with my MK3 as well. I just use the needle nose plyers that came with the kit to remove the support material. As long as you remove all of the support material and the surface is flat you will be OK.

I use Simplify3d and for supports I make sure to leave one layer gap between the support and the horizontal screen enclosure. This works really well for me and the supports come off really easily. In fact, the supports stay on the bed when I pull the bracket off. Simplify3d supports work really well. I don't know about Slic3r, but they might have that option as well.

On your photo you can use needle nose pliers to clean that out better. Ideally you want that area flat so the screen won't create a bulge ;)
