Received shipping message on May 12th, got the battery June 15th. Just to give people an idea of shipping times to the North East.

More or less this is it. I think they are bit more prone to complicating here but in general same rulles apply.

I missed the first preorder so I went to ebay a couple of weeks ago and ordered one from China. To my suprise, it arrived in the US in 9 days! That's not the reason I'm posting though. I noticed something on the box that might help explain how they get lipo batteries into the country so easily. On the shipping sticker on the outside of the box it was declared as "USB Adapter." Not that I'm advocating Dex to do this, but I just thought I'd share what I found.

Just got mine in San Diego!

It took a lot of bit of trimming on the sides to get it to fit. The battery it's the perfect size but the wires and protection board require the extra trimming. But I love it mang!

On a side note - I just ordered a 20AH battery from China for an electric bike (huge). The battery came shipped in just a few weeks, and had no troubles through customs or US shipping. I wonder how they do this.
