Since you mentioned the possibility of extra batteries, if you want to put me down for one that would be great (standard shipping lol). If they are all spoken for that's cool too.

I would also be interested in one. If you have spares you want to get rid of I'm in for one, or even if you decide to produce another batch I don't mind to wait since I am also waiting for Kite to open his new batch.

As for all of you still waiting to get your hands on one of these batteries - don't worry. Let me process this preorderd ones and then I'll get ready for new orders.

More or less this is it. I think they are bit more prone to complicating here but in general same rulles apply.

I missed the first preorder so I went to ebay a couple of weeks ago and ordered one from China. To my suprise, it arrived in the US in 9 days! That's not the reason I'm posting though. I noticed something on the box that might help explain how they get lipo batteries into the country so easily. On the shipping sticker on the outside of the box it was declared as "USB Adapter." Not that I'm advocating Dex to do this, but I just thought I'd share what I found.

Just got mine in San Diego!

It took a lot of bit of trimming on the sides to get it to fit. The battery it's the perfect size but the wires and protection board require the extra trimming. But I love it mang!

On a side note - I just ordered a 20AH battery from China for an electric bike (huge). The battery came shipped in just a few weeks, and had no troubles through customs or US shipping. I wonder how they do this.
