Is there a wiring guide for these? Or should it be the same as the ones wermy used?

The cartridge slot itself looks the same as wermy used, yes, and also identical to the slot I've got from aliexpress. Only one minor difference is that little metal brackets were removed, as I can see on pics in the first post, but they aren't needed for wiring or any other things.

identical to wermys. they are afterall expecting the same gameboy cartridges (just need to trim off the bits that prevent original GB carts from going in)
(there may be a visual difference, as some of them have the contacts visible gong up the back of the port and some don't but they are interchangeable and all came from NDS Lites)

I don't have buttons (well I have a couple of sets in semi-working DSL's but none for sale, just PCB's and sockets try wermy or ebay (or Ali express)
