Is it just me or do the button holes not line up? The marks I made on the case from the holes in the board are not centered to the holes on the bracket.

Also my screen is a little thicker than the bracket is designed for.

They line up perfect on my print, see pictures of first post. I mentioned printer and material tolerance so maybe there is that. Can you post pictures?

Thank you very much
https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-M2x3mmx3- ... ss+inserts

Or you can order 100 from Aliexpress cheaper and mor quantity but well you know, 2 month later (SpongeBob voice) :D

Need to be very careful inserting them as they are tiny and too little heat will take too long and melt the entire post and too much heat will clog the threads. Best way I found to do it insert a 6mm m2 screw with the insert on. Make sure screw is screwed about 1 mm past insert. Screw in the screw to the post until brass insert touches the post. Now apply a soldering iron at about 700 F to top of screw vertically and slowly push it in until insert is flush with top of post. I used a chisel tip as it fits in the screw head. Wait for part to cool then unscrew the screw. Should look like my part above. :)
I bought m3  someone need them?

Hi - would anyone in the UK be willing to print this and send it to me? (Happy to pay the prices quoted by the OP)

HoolyHoo wrote: If you need it printed PM me and I can print it for you for $15 plus $2 shipping US only for SNES style or $13 if its the screen only with $2 shipping US only. Unfortunately international shipping has proven to be a hassle for a cheap rate, cost me $13.50 to ship international :o . Don't think many want to pay for that.
Did you consider USPS Flat Rate Envelope/Box? I think you can cut international shipping in half with those....just not sure why I can't see prices on their webpage :?
Or if someone here in Europe could print this parts and confirm it's a fitting print then shipping could be in range of 2€ I think.

Just printed a couple of these (in UK) and they seem to have come out quite well, just need to tidy them up and test them.
