Hi, I'm in the process of getting my case cut, will the kits be back in stock any time soon?

I look forward to it! Any plans to add audio to a future version? Just a headphone jack would be amazing.

Hello guys,

I hoped to post the finished build of my GameBoy Null, sadly it seems like I've got a broken screen and a broken TP4056 too. of course I discovered that at the first boot :( so I was wondering.. assuming I get a replacemente screen & TP4056, do you think it would be hard to desolder the two components?
this project is very cool, I'm not going to give up!
since the TP4056 is not giving out enoguh voltage (it caps at around 4,10V) I've powered the PI via the micro usb port (the power one)

Screen should be easy to remove.
Have you connected the battery? The TP4056 sounds fine.

Yeah. The tp4056 is not a battery booster. So it will only ever show battery voltage. 4.1 as approx a full battery. No problem there.

Screens shouldn't be too hard to remove. It will be an 18 pin ribbon that needs to be desoldered.

thank you all for the suggestions.
I've managed to desolder the broken screen and to solder the new one,
sadly it turns on but remains white.
I've double checked the traces using both the probing points and the gpio(s) on the pi and they seems just fine,
the buttons work (at least the shutdown one), I can login via ssh and everything seems fine to me
(at least I cannot spot any difference in the dmesg when compared to another pi that I use with a similar ili9341 screen),
if you have any suggestions I'll glady try them out, thank you
