thank you all for the suggestions.
I've managed to desolder the broken screen and to solder the new one,
sadly it turns on but remains white.
I've double checked the traces using both the probing points and the gpio(s) on the pi and they seems just fine,
the buttons work (at least the shutdown one), I can login via ssh and everything seems fine to me
(at least I cannot spot any difference in the dmesg when compared to another pi that I use with a similar ili9341 screen),
if you have any suggestions I'll glady try them out, thank you
Could you not have put that in a spoiler :?

If someone is interressted, i still have kits availible - including Raspberry, Battery, Acrylic Case, SD-Card.
I bought them for a school class project that did not happen. I will put them on ebay and etsy too.

If someone is interressted, i still have kits availible - including Raspberry, Battery, Acrylic Case, SD-Card.
I bought them for a school class project that did not happen. I will put them on ebay and etsy too.
I'm interested :)
