Looking to try and get a mintypi v3 cheap

I'm looking to see if I can get a mintypi v3 built for a good price. Like I'm not looking for one with a SD card or battery since I can always get them. I saw one sell for $80 somewhere and as high as $300. Looking to see if I can get one for less than $200. I can even trade some parts for a good price like one piece buttons for Gameboy zero, a pcb for a gbc Gameboy zero.
