Trying to order 3 glass screens but paypal won't let me add my US address.

Should work, I just got all the way to the PayPal screen. I've already a number of orders. What exactly is happening?

I can actually click and save the address but will not reflect on the final screen. I used to do this just fine when checking out via paypal's website but im not sure why it won't let me this time. By the way, I'm from the Philippines with a PH PayPal account that i use all the time to purchase stuff from ebay.com and let sellers ship to my US forwarding address coz it's cheaper this way.

It may not like your address. Pm me your address and I'll see if I can get it to enter. If not, and I can ship to it, you can just PayPal me manually and I'll do it that way.
