BW 3.5" screen unclear (Uk version)
Hi guys,
I have just bought the BW 3.5" screen from Amazon Uk and I have it running off 5 volts. I have connected 1 TV on the Pi pin to the av1 in.
The photo attached isn't out of focus, that is how blurry the screen is. Also I get some flicker.
How to I make the screen clear and not flicker?

Re: BW 3.5" screen unclear (Uk version)
There are aloooot of threads about screen quality, to be honest even with changing font sizes etc I'm still not happy with the quality.
Changing the themes can help a little but it's not going to look pixel perfect!
I don't have links to the other threads sorry but just do a quick search on screen quality/fuzziness/blurry and you should find a few tips but as I said it doesn't get that much better!

As Rolen47 stated you need to do the bypass mod. I have that screen and though it runs off 5v it runs clearer if you do the mod he linked.

I have the same screen, i wiring the 5V on a chip like on the variant 7 solution but we can't read anything on the screen i found...
I have another one, with a glassy screen and it's a bit better.
