Looking for controller board for LCD Screen

I picked up what appears to be a pretty nice LCD TFT screen at the local electronics hobby shop, although it doesn't come with a board. I'm pretty sure it's a Sharp LQ038J7DH52, 320*480 3.8" Touch Screen (40 pin video cable). It's too big for a Gameboy DMG, but there may be something else I can shoehorn it. I've been bouncing around banggood and alibaba and trying to find a control board that's compatible, but it looks like most of them come with a screen and they don't seem to provide datasheets. I can find a screen, arduino shield, and arduino (clone) for $20, so I would think that I could get a controller board for ~$10 but I'm having nothing but misses.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where to source a board for this?
