You should have bought the speaker and battery from BC robotics too. That's where I got mine, same products as adafruit and you'd only have to pay the shipping once.

I believe you can also get the same adafruit mono amp from BC robotics. If you wanna go that route for audio. If not like others have said get a usb audio DAC from amazon or ebay.

I'd go to amazon for wires and sd card, you can get them pretty cheap and have them in 2 days if you have prime. And probably ebay for button pads.

I also have a few x and y buttons (black and original purple) as well as all the resistors/caps to make a low pass filter (need this if you go the pwm audio route). I might also have a headphone Jack and some extra button pads(I may have thrown them out? Im away until saturday night, so I cannot confirm). I'm in canada too, so I can ship them letter mail for cheap, if you want some pm me and I'll mail them next Monday.
