What settings did you use for your screen.
I agree the text looks brilliant!

The pcsx rearmed seems to be a bit faster, than the lr-pcsx rearmed, right?
Yes.

I think it's because the libretro version of pcsx-rearmed doesn't have an "auto" frameskip option, only 0-3. So you either have 0 frameskip and get sluggish gameplay and sound or 1 frameskip and choppy unplayable garbage. With Auto, it will adjust and only lose a few frames here and there. Honestly it looks like no frameskip besides cutscenes. Very smooth.

Issue is, the non libretro version requires a keyboard to configure the controls and doesn't seem to like my analog joystick. Since I recently reconfigured my teensy to be a joystick rather then keyboard (I added an analog stick) I can't configure the controls and furthermore, you have to do it every restart because it doesn't save properly (could just be an issue on my end, not sure).

Settings are different for every screen. Overscan has been different for 3 different screens I have tried and all 3 had different appearances in terms of colour, brightness, etc.

This screen (see my post history for it):
-bad vertical viewing angles
-runs hotter than other screens

-good brightness
-no issues when 5v modded
-comes with button board

When I say "no issues when 5v modded" I mean other screens would dim/brighten depending on what was displayed. For example, if you play pokemon, opening or closing the start menu (since it is all white) will cause the whole display to dim slightly. Seems like a power issue to me.
