Aio v2.2a from helder sound issues

Let me start by saying i am 99% sure that the board is not the issue but my soldering could be , i hooked up everything but i can't get sound out of the speaker nor hearphone, i soldered everything as it shown on the picture but i can't get the sound, i believe it is because i don't know how to solder my 5pin wheel potentiometer but would need some confirmation if anyone hit this issue and how to resolve it, i'm sitting here for five days now and have no idea what went wrong

hows you volume wheel wired up (pic of the wheel)

It looks like your speaker is wired wrong, left is usually (-) and right (+). I could be wrong but I think you should double check , hope this helps.

We also need to see the volume wheel soldering and it also looks like your speaker soldering and wire needs redoing.
