You know, for someone (wermy) that isn't paid to do this, it is absolutely amazing the time he has already put in (for free), the knowledge he has shared (for free), the open source he's given (for free), the community he has created (for free), and the quality of guides he has done (for free).
See a pattern here? He isn't working for us. He does not have a timeline or project due date. Appreciate what he has already done for us and be patient for what will come regardless of posts begging for him to hurry. I, for one, do not want him to hurry, I want the same amazing thing he has done so far for the next one.
Sorry if I am being blunt. I've just seen a post like this for each guide. Remember, he is doing us a favor. Return the favor back to him by being patient.
Alright. Rant over. Game on!

The time you spend waiting is better spend on doing research and trying things out.
I learned so much by just doing something instead of waiting for a tutorial.
Also, time flies if you work on something

Exactly. My build will be so much different than Wermy, but I appreciate all the time and videos and pictures (I'm a visual person) because alternative options help me in deciding and sort of work like an anchor towards what works for sure. Plus, more than video this forum here where I can bounce ideas.Fleder wrote:The time you spend waiting is better spend on doing research and trying things out.

I agree at Kilren and Fleder... Wermy's journey in creating the GBZ paved the way and showed everyone what's possible with a soldering iron, RPi Zero, Gameboy and imagination. Part of the enjoyment is discovering your own unique journey by yourself. You can wait for wermy to share back the details of his journey but don't oblige him as he's doing this for free. Instead, show some appreciation for the work he's doing by donating this cause. Hit that "Donate" button at the bottom of page.
