So, I feel like this is relevant. I had my build in a DMG case, but decided to can it and put it into a kitsch-bent case. I love it, it is very comfortable and makes it easier to build a little bit. The extra space around the speaker helped me put a 4 ohm Dayton speaker instead of the thin metal speaker most people use. Would love to see these made GBZ-ready!
